Senior Management Team

Todd A. Stottlemyer serves as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Acentia, a management and technology solutions provider to customers across the public sector and commercial markets on programs of national significance. Stottlemyer joined the company in 2011.

Tom Weston joined Acentia as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board of Directors in December 2010. He has over 20 years of industry experience and is responsible for the company’s finance and accounting activities, its mergers and acquisitions program, and all of the company’s banking and treasury functions. In addition, Weston has oversight of the company’s contracts and corporate tax departments.

Fred Farmer is the Chief Administrative Officer at Acentia, where he is responsible for leading the company's Finance, HR, Contracting, Strategic Planning and Acquisition Integration initiatives. Under Farmer’s leadership, Acentia focuses on delivering exceptional solutions to its customers, creating a workplace that provides expanding opportunities for employees, and continuing their growth through strategic business opportunities and targeted acquisitions.

David Shuping serves as Sector Executive, Federal IT. With More than 28 years of experience in the information technology industry, Mr. Shuping boasts a strong portfolio of work including software design and development and IT infrastructure management.

Stephanie Wilson serves as Sector Executive, Health IT, overseeing all contracts, business development, and operations activities within the Health IT division. She brings a broad range of expertise in implementing strategic solutions to her customers. She has comprehensive technical program management experience, from inception to deployment, with proven excellence in management and control of funds and resources.

Les Rosenthal serves as Sector Executive, Commercial IT, responsible for developing and executing the business strategy in this market. His customers include leaders in banking, retail, medicine, education and state/local government. The business-critical work performed for these customers spans multiple technologies, and is driven by partnerships with the industry’s leading vendors and manufacturers.

Chris Chroniger serves as Chief Technology Officer at Acentia. He is an experienced technology and solutions development professional, bringing a broad range of industry knowledge to the management team. Chroniger’s responsibilities include the management of a team of solutions architects and subject matter experts across a wide range of disciplines.

Tom Woteki serves as Chief Architect, Strategy and Solutions Development for Acentia. In this role, Woteki leads Acentia’s Centers of Excellence in support of the mission-critical needs of Acentia’s customers. He is also responsible for sharpening the company’s focus and solidifying its position in healthcare information technology, as well identifying and integrating new technologies into the company's key customer solutions offerings.

Tricia Iveson serves as Senior Vice President, Business Development. She directs all business development and corporate marketing activities, including strategic marketing planning, major program pursuits, bids and proposals, customer retention, and corporate communications. Ms. Iveson draws upon her more than 20 years’ experience assessing and developing government IT software, hardware, and services solutions.

Diana Poss serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Acentia. Poss began her career with Acentia in 2004 and brings over 20 years of human resources experience, focused on developing high performance and service quality teams. She is responsible for leading the company wide human resources functions including professional development, employee relations, compensation, benefits and payroll. Poss and her team focus on the development of our employees across the United States and are dedicated to fostering the company’s inclusion and diversity initiatives, leading to greater opportunities and professional growth of our team. Prior to joining Acentia, Poss held senior management positions with PA Consulting Group and PNC Bank. She holds a Bachelor Degree from James Madison University and membership in the Society for Human Resources Management and Women in Technology.
