ITSolutions Receives an Overall Open Ratings Score of 94 June 15, 2006
ITSolutions announced that, as part of a GSA proposal submission, the company was required to complete an Open Ratings Past Performance Evaluation. Open Ratings, a D&B company, conducts independent performance evaluations by contacting clients and asking them to rate the company’s performance in several areas including customer support, timeliness, and quality of services. Based on feedback from their customers, ITSolutions received a score of 94 out of 100 points.
