Prior to the formation of Snow Phipps, Snow was with Ripplewood Holdings L.L.C. from its inception in 1995 to March 2005. During his tenure, Snow led or was materially involved in numerous successful Ripplewood investments. Previously, Snow was a Financial Analyst in the Media Corporate Finance Group at Salomon Brothers Inc., where he concentrated on strategic advisory and capital raising assignments for clients within the media industry.

Snow received a B.A., with honors, in History from Georgetown University. He currently serves on the boards of all Snow Phipps portfolio companies and Advantage Paging, Inc. In addition, Snow was formerly a board member of Asbury Automotive Group, Inc. (NYSE: ABG), Kraton Polymers LLC and Supresta LLC.
