GSA MOBIS
The General Services Administration (GSA) Management, Organization and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS) Schedule offers a full range of management and consulting services that can improve a federal agency's performance and their endeavor in meeting mission goals. MOBIS contractors possess the necessary expertise to facilitate how the federal government responds to a continuous stream of new mandates and evolutionary influences including the President's Management Agenda; Government Performance and Results Act; Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act; OMB Circular A-76; Federal Activities Inventory Reform Act; government reinvention initiatives such as benchmarking and streamlining.

GSA IT70
The General Services Administration (GSA) General Purpose Commercial Information Technology Equipment, Software and Services (IT70) Schedule was established by GSA to provide government agencies with solutions for their various information technology requirements and allow those agencies to procure the products and services they need.

This multiple award schedule grants agencies direct access to the commercial experts who can thoroughly address the needs of the government IT community through Special Item Numbers (SINs) such as 132-51 Information Technology Services.  This Schedule is currently open for use by federal, state, and local government agencies.  State and local government agencies are able to purchase off of GSA’s IT Schedule 70 by way of Cooperative Purchasing.

The IT70 Schedule allows for choice, flexibility, ease of use, and access to quality businesses such as ITSolutions.

Food and Drug Administration
ITSolutions was tasked by the FDA to consolidate the IT infrastructure for eight FDA divisions and to provide a broad array of infrastructure support services post consolidation.  The services that ITSolutions provides the FDA include network engineering and architecture, server administration, network security, LAN/WAN support, network modeling, enterprise monitoring and help desk support.   ITSolutions provides these services under a single award, five-year, $111 million contract that runs through September 2009.   The contract has a $74 million fixed price component and a $37 million ID/IQ piece for agency-wide task orders.

The ID/IQ piece of the FDA contract is available to all FDA locations, including field operations.  The services available include: IT Network Security Support Services, Reports, Studies, Analysis, Engineering and Design, Project Management and IT Security.  These services are available to meet “as needed” or “one-time-only” tasks.  Refer to contract #223-04-5500.  The contract has option years running through September 30, 2009.

Securities and Exchange Commission
In 2005, ITSolutions was awarded a contract with the SEC to provide a range of IT support services on a five- year, $10.0 million IDIQ contract.  Services ITSolutions will provide include program management support, strategic planning, portfolio management, and implementation services. Department of Labor

In 2006, ITSolutions was awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide a range of IT support services on a five- year, $40.0 million contract.  The services available include: Information Technology Planning, Studies, and Assessment; System/Application development and maintenance; Advanced Technology research, development and integration; and System management, production and support services.  This BPA is available to all components and offices of the Department of Labor (DOL).  Refer to BPA #DOLQ079E24740.


Department of the Treasury
ITSolutions is a member of a Small Business TIPPS-3 Team with the firm Avinon serving as the “Prime” contractor.  This multi-agency IDIQ Contract (TIRNO-06-D-00015) is available to the Department of the Treasury, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), all of Treasury’s Bureaus and other Federal Agencies; including Department of Homeland Security and Customs and Boarder Protection. 

The Avineon Team has service offerings in all three of the TIPPS-3 Service Areas: Information Systems Services (ISS), Security System Services (SSS) and Strategic Business Services (SBS).    The Avineon Team’s services are delivered using such industry best practices as: CMMI Level 3 (based upon the Rational Unified Process); ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System; ITIL/ITSM service management and the PMI PMBOK Guide.

Department of Health and Human Services:

Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA)

ITSolutions is a member of Westat’s team on this five year IDIQ contract (HHSS28320070006I) to provide healthcare and information technology services to SAMHSA.  ITSolutions will be the primary provider of information technology services in all Automated Database Management Information Systems Projects awarded under this IDIQ contract.

 

Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA)

In September, 2007 ITSolutions was awarded a five year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) to provide Capital Planning Investment Control (CPIC) services to HRSA.  These services include Policy Review and Development; Consulting Support Services; Troubled Project Assistance and IT Portfolio Management Process Improvements.  This contract (HHSH250200722012B) is available only to the HRSA.

TRICARE Evaluation, Analysis, and Management Support (TEAMS)

The TEAMS TRICARE GWAC Schedule was established by the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs)/TRICARE Management Activity (TMA) to support their goal of delivering high-quality, cost-effective health care services to the nation’s fighting forces. This 10-year contract, consisting of one base year and nine one-year options, has a potential value of up to $5 billion and runs through January of 2018.

 

The Category 2, Program Management Support service area includes assisting TMA in planning and managing its activities and programs. This includes requirements analysis, acquisition support, budget planning and management, business process reengineering, program planning and execution support, and independent technical management support. GSA STARS

The General Services Administration’s (GSA) “Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resources for Services (STARS)” contract is a Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC).  STARS is intended to provide all government agencies with high-quality information technology solutions via task orders, each issued with their own requirements, deliverables and schedules.  ITEQ’s STARS contract  (GS-06F-0460Z) covers the following areas:

  • Custom Computer Programming Services (NAICS code 541511)
  • Computer Systems Design Services (NAICS code 541512)
  • Computer Facilities Management Services (NAICS code 541513), and
  • Other Computer Related Services (NAICS code 541519).

Agencies may order off of this GWAC until the expiration of ITEQ’s current Option Period which  ends on May 31, 2009.


Department of the Treasury

ITEQ is a member of a Small Business TIPPS-3 Team with the firm QSS Group, Inc.  serving as the “Prime” contractor.  This multi-agency IDIQ Contract (TIRNO-06-D-00017) is available to the Department of the Treasury, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), all of Treasury’s Bureaus and other Federal Agencies; including Department of Homeland Security and Customs and Boarder Protection. 

The QSS Group Team has service offerings in all three of the TIPPS-3 Service Areas: Information Systems Services (ISS), Security System Services (SSS) and Strategic Business Services (SBS).

Department of State

ITEQ is a member of AG Tech’s Hybrid Information Technology Services for State (HITTS) IDIQ contract (S-AQMPD-07-0088) that provides systems and software analysis and development; document analysis, development of systems design documents; computer programming; computer center operations; configuration management; software maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting; computer security; technical writing; training; and word processing.  These services may be required for State Department Field Offices throughout the United States and at overseas posts.

This contract is available to the following State Department Bureaus and Offices: Bureau of Administration; Bureau of Consular Affairs; Bureau of Diplomatic Security; Bureau of International Organization Affairs; Bureau of Information Resource Management; Bureau of Finance and Management Policy; Office of the Inspector General; and the Office of Protocol.


NIH CIO-SP2i

ITEQ is part of the Fuentez Systems Concepts, Inc. team for the National Institutes of Health (NIA) ten year “CIO-SP2i” IDIQ contract (263-01-D-0057) issued by the National Information Technology Acquisitions and Assessment Center (NITACC).  This contract, including option years, runs through the end of calendar year 2010 and covers the gamut of IT efforts via nine (9) task areas.

The scope of the contract’s task areas includes: CIO Support (e.g. technology architecture, A-76 Studies, etc.); Outsourcing (e.g. transition planning and management of call centers, etc.); IT Operations and Maintenance (including Help Desk operations, etc.); Integration Services (including Business Process Reengineering, and Test and Evaluation Services); Critical Infrastructure Protection and Information Assurance; Digital Government (including Customer Relationship Management); Enterprise Resource Planning; Clinical Support, Research, and Studies; and Software Development.


Smart-SC-03-068

ITEQ is part of the Northrop Grumman Information Technology’s Department of State’s Message and Archive Retrieval Toolset (SMART) contract (S-LMAQM-040F-0649).  The SMART program provides the Department of State with a contractor designed, developed, deployed and operated system that is a fully modernized, secure, integrated and effective messaging system that supports the Department’s mission. 

The SMART program is now in the Operations and Maintenance phase, which will continue through the end of 2012.
