Diana Poss serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Acentia. Poss began her career with Acentia in 2004 and brings over 20 years of human resources experience, focused on developing high performance and service quality teams.  She is responsible for leading the company wide human resources functions including professional development, employee relations, compensation, benefits and payroll.  Poss and her team focus on the development of our employees across the United States and are dedicated to fostering the company’s inclusion and diversity initiatives, leading to greater opportunities and professional growth of our team.

Prior to joining Acentia, Poss held senior management positions with PA Consulting Group and PNC Bank.  She holds a Bachelor Degree from James Madison University and membership in the Society for Human Resources Management and Women in Technology.
