Shuping serves as Sector Executive, Federal IT at Acentia.

David Shuping serves as Sector Executive, Federal IT at Acentia.

With More than 28 years of experience in the information technology industry, Shuping boasts a strong portfolio of work including software design and development and IT infrastructure management. He is currently responsible for Federal IT services, including all U.S. Department of Defense and Civilian federal accounts. Shuping has been awarded U.S. Patents 6,313,855 and 7,546,538 for A System and Method for Web Browsing.

Prior to joining Acentia, David held executive management positions at SAIC, McDonald Bradley, AVIEL Systems, and NetStar-1.

Shuping received a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from James Madison University and an M.S. in Technical Management from Johns Hopkins University.
