Leif Soderberg

Leif Soderberg is an Operating Partner of Snow Phipps and currently serves as non-executive Chairman of Acentia. Until early 2005, Mr. Soderberg was a Senior Vice President of Motorola Inc., where he was the Chief Strategy Officer and headed their Corporate Development Office.

Todd Stottlemyer

Todd A. Stottlemyer serves as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Acentia, a management and technology solutions provider to customers across the public sector and commercial markets on programs of national significance. Stottlemyer joined the company in 2010.

Tom Weston

Tom Weston joined Acentia as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in December 2010. He has over 20 years of industry experience and is responsible for the company’s finance and accounting activities, its mergers and acquisitions program, and all of the company’s banking and treasury functions. In addition, Weston has oversight of the company’s contracts and corporate tax departments.

Mike Daniels

Mike Daniels is former Chairman and CEO of Network Solutions (1995-2000), former Chairman and CEO of Mobile365 (2005-2006) and former Chairman of the Northern Virginia Technology Council, the largest technology council in the United States. Daniels also served as Chairman of the Virginia Chamber of Commerce, the largest and leading general business organization in Virginia, in 2008-2009.

Sean Epps

Sean Epps joined Snow Phipps in the year of inception of the Firm, and became a Partner in 2007. Prior to joining Snow Phipps, Epps was a Principal of JP Morgan Partners, LLC, a global private equity firm. Previously, Epps was an associate with Paribas Principal Partners, the principal investing arm of BNP Paribas SA. Prior to that, Epps was in the Merchant Banking groups at the Chase Manhattan Bank N.A. and Banque Paribas.

Major General Elder Granger

Major General Elder Granger, MD, USA (Ret) serves as the President and CEO of The 5Ps, LLC, a healthcare, education, and leadership consultancy. The 5Ps services are focused on providing their customers’ strategy and portfolio analysis, insights and trends on directions that are transforming healthcare today, insights and best practices for military healthcare, and leadership principles and peer-to-peer guidance. As CEO, MG Granger sets the strategy and vision for the company. He works to build a culture at The 5Ps that engages and manages partnership as well as develop business initiatives, and ensures the senior management team is working together in a common direction.

Ian K. Snow

Ian Snow is a co-founding Partner of Snow Phipps. Prior to the formation of Snow Phipps, Snow was with Ripplewood Holdings L.L.C. from its inception in 1995 to March 2005. During his tenure, Snow led or was materially involved in numerous successful Ripplewood investments.
