Lawrence O'Connor, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. O’Connor is an Executive Vice President and the COO of ITSolutions, LLC. He has held this position since 2006. In this role he offers a unique insight through his deep experience and understanding of the civilian, defense and intelligence markets. He ensures that ITSolutions provides the highest value to clients through networks of long-term relationships spanning from strategy through implementation, making the clients’ mission ITSolutions’ mission. ITSolutions encourages entrepreneurial behaviors that are guided by, informed by, and consistent with a top-down strategy led by Mr. O’Connor. Prior to ITSolutions, Mr. O’Connor spent over 20 years in consulting with Booz Allen Hamilton, ABB, Viar and DynCorp and also on active duty with the U.S. Navy.
