Doug Kollme, Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Mr. Kollme oversees all financial matters of ITSolutions including day-to-day accounting, banking relationships, contracts, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and strategic partnerships. Prior to promotion to CFO, he was a senior consultant, who was responsible for creating a methodology to better support investment decisions for the $300 million telecommunications and networking budget of the IRS. Before joining ITSolutions, Mr. Kollme founded Kingsland Advisory, LLC, an M&A advisory and consulting firm specializing in the telecommunications and IT industries. He has over 5 years of experience in M&A specifically related to telecommunications and IT and 15 years of experience in corporate finance through investment banks, commercial banks, and private companies.
