Friedman, Billings, Ramsey Group, Inc. (FBR) provides investment banking, merger and acquisition advisory services, institutional brokerage, research, asset management and private wealth services through majority ownership of FBR Capital Markets Corporation. ITSolutions was specifically sought out and requested to provide a project review for their investment banking division. The specific project to be reviewed was the deployment of a customer relationship management (CRM) application using the Microsoft CRM Server product, with add-on products for additional functionality, including Blackberry integration. ITSolutions delivered the initial project assessment and was immediately awarded a follow on contract to monitor the project through completion.
