Kim Eshnaur Appointed ITSolutions Recruiting Manager

On June 1, 2006, Kim Eshnaur was promoted to Recruiting Manager for ITSolutions. Kim has more than 12 years’ experience in large-scale staffing and resource planning in the IT services arena, for a diverse array of clients. Kim joined ITSolutions at the end of 2005 and has actively contributed to many of the organization’s achievements. Most recently, she has been leading the Civilian Market recruitment operation, strengthening ITSolutions’ position in the market with many successful hires, developing the Internship Program, and implementing our company-wide recruitment system. "This appointment recognizes the talent that ITSolutions nurtures and also illustrates the commitment of the organization to reward success," said ITSolutions CEO Stefan Lalos. In her new role, Kim will be responsible for sourcing strategic talent as well as improving and enhancing internal corporate recruiting and staffing processes and systems, including customized training for hiring managers and the recruiting team.
