ITSolutions Awarded Help Desk Support Service Contract with the Office of Personnel Management (OPM)

After 18 months of dedicated service, ITSolutions was awarded a two-and-a-half year, $15M F&O award to continue providing IT support services for OPM. The contract, which runs through September 2010, consists of supporting all personal computers/workstations and customers on the OPM LAN/WAN. This includes support for desktop issues including LAN password management; telework support for Citrix and VPN; field site support for offices; Blackberry support; computer upgrades, migrations, and deployments; assistance with office or individual IT equipment moves; assistance with removal of excess IT equipment; end-user training; project management; and IT policy development. “We are seeing exciting growth in our help desk and infrastructure operations business, and this award represents a key part of ITSolutions’ future portfolio.
