ITSolutions Awarded New FBR Contract

In December, ITSolutions was sought out by the Friedman, Billings, Ramsey Group, Inc. (FBR) to perform a project assessment to review the deployment of a customer relationship management (CRM) application. Following on the heels of that successful assessment, ITSolutions was able to give FBR guidance on how to perform an automated deployment and was subsequently rewarded for this effort with a new contract to help develop the automated distribution package with which to roll out FBR’s chosen CRM application. “While small, it is an important contract in that it increases our footprint both at FBR and within the commercial arena,” said Tim Yuckenberg, ITSolutions EVP and Chief Architect.

FBR provides investment banking, merger and acquisition advisory services, institutional brokerage, research, asset management and private wealth services.
